[RP TownTalk] Is it just me?

Dear fellow Riverdalians,

I have noticed that the Metrobus traffic and various digging around the
town has been deteriorating the roadways.  Now, instead of a total
repavement of the roads, spot treatments have been attempted.  The
patchwork is coming apart as traffic moves through the town.

Is our town going to remain with the half-done jobs?  Or, are there other
options?
