[RP TownTalk] Is it just me?

As I pointed out some years ago, the road have been deteriorating faster 
than should be expected.
I believe Mayor Archer et al had suggested the road prep was 
insufficient for the traffic load.
With the increase in metro and local bus traffic, and the increase truck 
and car traffic, yes
the roads are falling into thirdworld level quite quickly.
It is not your imagination.
