[RP TownTalk] Coral View Apartments

Does anyone know what's going on with the Coral View apartments on Ravenswood and Lafayette? Trees and bushes around it have been cut down and the sign is gone. I'm hoping its being renovated. Great location near MARC, trolley train, town center, and the new Whole Foods a short walk away.
