Mayor Archer,
Thank you very much for the update and explanation. Stuff happens, and
communications often have those little quirks called breakdowns. Yes
the cutting and sound of the machines were quite a surprise but it did 
get me up
and cooking early.

I understand the need to get as much done as possible as the traffic during
the week is at least interesting with impatient people honking at themselves
it appears as they try to get through town faster.

Thank you for the visit too, appreciate it very much.  I know how 
complex road
construction can be, how hard it is to predict traffic loads in this 
area - one accident
on 410 increases the vehicle loading by an order of magnitude or more on 
any given
day.
