[RP TownTalk] Town takes legal action to stop 7-Eleven

Friends and neighbors,

In case you are wondering about the state of the 7-Eleven application for
Baltimore Avenue, the town filed sought for judicial review in Circuit
Court on Thursday. We are seeking a reversal of the decision by the Prince
George's Planning Board that had given the go ahead to the project.

Two residents who live in the immediately affected area joined in the suit
along with the town.

I will try to remember to give periodic updates as this moves through the
legal system.
