[RP TownTalk] Strong smell of Petroleum products Riverdale Rd and Taylor Rd area

Happy Drizzly Noon to all,
This is the second time in the last few days I have detected a very
strong odor of either gasoline or fuel oil all around.

At first I suspected a passing vehicle. But the odor is too strong and
wide spread.  Is there some sort of petroleum product leak in the
Northeast branch? in the sewer system?

Or is it just me with a strange smell detector gone amok in my nose?
