[RP TownTalk] Street Lights

The street lamps on Riverdale Road have been on for the last 3 or 4 days
straight.  They may have been affected by the storms that rolled through
last week.

Electricity isn't free though, and there is no need to have them on during
the day.

Could someone look into this?  Or would a visit to town hall be more
appropriate in a case like this?
