This is probably something Public Works would have to look at. Email the Director of Public Works, Leonard Addison, and let him know:
laddison at riverdaleparkmd.gov

I'm not sure if he or one of his staff monitors this list.  You can always email your councilmember as well and they can pass it onto the correct person.  Councilmembers are listed here:
