[RP TownTalk] Property Tax Assessment notice

Good Morning,

If you have NOT received your Assessment Notice you should call 301.952.2000
(a very nice person named Linda answered on the second ring - no HOLD 
time at all!) and request a copy/ Linda told me that ALL assessment 
noticed were sent at the same time at the end of December 2015.

If you did not receive your notice and requested a duplicate your the 
*dead line to file an appeal is STILL  February 11, 2016*. Instruction 
are on the back side of the notice.
