[RP TownTalk] Notice of code violation on my door.

The yellow and white sticker on my door cites snow removal. It was on my
door about 930. AM. This morning.

The regulation states within 24 hours.

This is not marked as a reminder but as a violation.  Perhaps it is
intended as a reminder.

Point of order, it is less than 24 hours since the snow started. How is
this a violation?

Please explain.
