Hi Bob,

Yes, the sticker is a reminder and not a violation in anyway.  Code (and
all of us in Town Gov't) are very concerned about the upcoming major storm
due to start tomorrow evening, and they are trying to make sure that there
is not a ice from last night's little event forming an under layer to the
12+ of snow we expect to see soon.

We apologize for any misunderstanding.
