[RP TownTalk] Congratulations to Marsha & thank you Ward 1 Residents!

I'd like to say how much I appreciate both Dan and Marsha stepping up and
making the commitment to run for the Ward One council seat. I believe this
is our first contested Ward One election since 2007. This is exciting, not
just because we have a contested election, with two high-quality
candidates, but because it also reflects, I believe, the bigger picture of
a revitalized community that is just beginning to take shape.  Many thanks
to Dan and Marsha  and congratulations to Marsha on her hard-fought victory!
