> Is it bad to exercise before eating?
> Not according to this study that shows benefits from exercising in the morning before eating. They report it improves whole-body glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity by stimulating fat turnover. Others report that it does not change body composition or stimulate weight loss. So there are health benefits from this but perhaps not all that we would like!
>
> Come join us!
> We row out of Bladensburg Waterfront Park where the sheltered waterway provides flat water rowing every day. Rowing groups are small.

> Come join us! It's always a good time to start an enjoyable outdoor activity. Email me with questions and to sign up. Come row!
