[RP TownTalk] Aging Bridge

Thank you for your comments Novella!

Progress is being made!  The status of the bridge was mentioned in the town
work session on Monday.  Our public works acknowledged the problem and will
be taking more steps to resolve the desperate condition of the bridge.

We can thank Mayor Archer for bringing it to everyone's attention.
