[RP TownTalk] Signs

Am I the only one offended by the "Cash for houses" signs that have sprung up in town?  I have removed some and put them in my recycle bin but not only are the signs offensive but they are put up with zip ties so once the sign is gone the ties are still there.  Now must take my scissors and cut those off the poles.  I think the public works people or code enforcement need to take the signs down and contact the people and give them a ticket or at least a warning that this is illegal and unacceptable.
