I'm going to weigh in shortly on this. He isn't answering your questions. And his statements that prior staff were not professionals is not an opinion shared by everyone. What we have done in his tenure is add a crapload of administrative staff unnecessarily.   Our town administrator was supposed to engage a consultant to evaluate our staffing needs. This was never done to my knowledge. 

A huge huge huge point is we are NOT college park or greenbelt. They are municipalities  3-4 times our size. We constantly seem to have an inferiority complex and model our policies after them. The major increases in residential increases due to cafritz are a minimum five years out. Sure we want to stay ahead of the curve but his is swinging before a pitch is even thrown
