[RP TownTalk] Bulk Trash Pickup

I just tried calling Bates ((301) 773-2069) to schedule a bulk pick up.  The message says I need to first dial a 1 to complete the call.  Of course I tried and it didn't work and I got the same message.  I looked up their website and called their 1800 number and got the same message.  I wanted to check to see if I missed something and is there a different number I should be calling.  Please let me know.
