[RP TownTalk] Server problems causing problems with TownTalk

Friends and neighbors -
I'm aware there are several people who have tried and been unable to post
messages to TownTalk in recent days. Unfortunately there are problems with
the server which have not been entirely fixed yet. At one point no messages
were getting through at all, and that seems to have righted itself. But I
have been unable to access the admin page where I peruse and approve
messages that have been held up in the queue.  So any messages that are
there for reasons of size (usually, attachments), too many recipients,
first time ever posting as a new subscriber, etc. are stuck there for the
time being until these issues are resolved.  Hopefully, soon!
