[RP TownTalk] University of Maryland House Study--Riverdale Park

Does anyone have the information on who to contact at the University of Maryland to participate in their house study of Riverdale Park.  It is always something that my wife and I have wanted to learn about our home.

Also, I saw three six-point bucks walking together on the trail (old Rhode Island Ave) up near the Cafritz development at Tuckerman.  I slowed down and let them dart away, but it was surprising to see them -- and they were just as surprised to see me...

It definitely adds a sense of urgency to figuring out how to treat the old Field of Dreams and how to ensure that the M Square development retains a space for wildlife...

Thanks for sharing the great photos.? I still haven't seen any of the deer?that are around RI Avenue and Ravenswood, but am ever-hopeful.?? Lots of them (esp. in fall) up and down River Road, from Kenilworth Avenue to the College Park Metro area.? I agree, hopefully provisions w/ be made for the wildlife in the area.? I'd hate to think of kids growing up around here and thinking the only wild animals are rats, starlings, and pigeons.
