[RP TownTalk] Circulator-Connector Petition

[Councilwoman Marsha Dixon]

A few Hyattsville residents are spearheading a proposal of a circulator for
Hyattsville and neighboring towns and cities.  Here is a link to their
proposal which was recently presented to the Hyattsville City Council:
