*Dear Friends of the Riverdale Park Arts Council,*
*Please help us raise funds for RPAC and the Gerald King Art Award on
Monday, March 20 at Franklins Restaurant in Hyattsville and April 1 and 2,
2017, at Behnkes Nursery in Beltsville. Details below, and a special flyer
is attached.*

The *Riverdale Park Arts Council* [*RPAC*] welcomes spring with a
fundraiser at Franklins Restaurant, Brewery and General Store *all day,
starting at 11 a.m. Monday, March 20, 2017*.
No need to contribute money! Just come to eat, shop or pick up gift
certificates or beverages.
Franklins will donate* 20% of your receipt* for everything you eat, drink,
and buy from the store *on March 20* *WHEN you turn in your receipt and say
you want it credited to* *RPAC*.
*Remember, Franklins gift certificates for use in the Restaurant and
General Store make especially nice presents for kids of all ages!*
*Franklins is located on Route 1, South of 410 (East-West Hwy) *

Art into Your Daily Life and the Lives of Everyone in Our Community!*
*RPAC is a nonprofit under the 501c3 umbrella of the Hyattsville Community
Development Corporation. Funds raised will help support the Gerald King
Apprenticeship Study Program, a year-long opportunity for an artist 18 and
older to study drawing and painting in the classic tradition of realism or
naturalism at the Atelier Royale in Riverdale Park, at no cost. The artist
selected for this program will also receive $500 for art supplies. **
