[RP TownTalk] Trolley Trail closing again?

It *appears* as though trail access through Cafritz is about to be blocked
yet again.  According to a crew on site, they are presently fencing off the
trail on the back alley of the townhouses where it enters southbound from
Calvert Hills.  Anyone trying to head either direction will be forced up to
use Route 1.  Insert your preferred emoticon here.
