Can we please dispense with the bravado.  

This thing between the Town and the Greg's Towing company has been going on for years both in and out of court.  It started sometime after Greg sold the towing company to the current owner.

I have responded to CM Henry off-list.  All members of the council were informed of the decision, and I told him that I did not know who was informed when the lawsuit was filed in 2016, as Mayor Archer was handling that.

What legal team?  That’s a generic response. The fact remain - the news is out in the media and residents should have been made aware of both lawsuits, yet we had to hear from a indirect source. What we have here is a failure to communicate.

By the way, have all Council members been made aware of  the lawsuits before and after?

The Town's legal team has asked that we not discuss this case, both during the case and until all post-trial motions and resulting rulings are completed.  I am hopeful (but far from sure) that we can discuss this within a few weeks.

What is going on in this Town!?
As the Mayor, I am sure you were aware, while residents were kept in the dark.  This action should have been included in "somebody's" report to inform the residents.
Who pays for this?
