I can only respond to this by saying that on May 18 an e-mail message
starting with the following content was sent to all members of the Council
by the Town Manager.  I have no idea why CM Henry did not receive it.

Good Afternoon Mr. Mayor and Council,



As you are aware, the Town has been defending a lawsuit filed by Mr. Ashkar
from Greg’s Towing based on allegations that date back to 2013.  The
original filing included a number of allegations. The sole surviving
allegation in the complaint, Failure to Hire / Discrimination based on
National Origin, was decided this morning by a jury.  The jury found in
favor of the Plaintiff and awarded $269,244.00 to the Plaintiff.
