[RP TownTalk] Little White Dog

Hi,

On my morning walk, I found a small, white, very old dog on the trail near
the train station.  It appeared to be blind, but could hear.  It didn't
have a collar.  I tried to feed it, but it ran away.  I'm not sure who to
alert about this as it seems there is no Riverdale Animal control.
