[RP TownTalk] Another car totaled on Taylor Road

This morning I saw a totaled car in front of my house. My neighbors lost a
car from another hit and run in the early hours. This is probably the four
totaled car if not more further down Taylor Road closer to the Mansion, Our
car was side swiped 9 years ago. All parked on the street. People have even
put out cones behind there cars to help drivers. Cars and truck use Taylor
as a cut through or avoided police on Keniworth, also speeding! The town
should really think about speed humps on Taylor Road to make our town safer!
