[RP TownTalk] Deceased cat

[A. Spain]

Sad to report a deceased cat at Wells Pkwy. (South side) and Route One, on
the corner of the sidewalk.  It's fairly decomposed and I was with two kids
and couldn't move it.  I wanted to share in case anyone in UP or Riverdale
is missing a cat.  I know we have a lot of outdoor cats on the Riverdale
side.
