[RP TownTalk] Riverdale Park Station Land for sale

As I understand it, Riverdale Elementary was overcrowded before the RP Station townhouses went in. Are the kids in those townhouses being assigned to Riverdale Elementary too? It will be interesting to see what rezoning an eventual buyer may pursue. 
Since the site is about a 15 minute walk to the College Park Metro Station, 2 MARC stations, and 2 of the planned Purple Line Stations, hopefully they'll propose something that allows some denser housing options or mixed use.
I hope whatever is built maintains some buffer along Albion Road for the folks in Calvert Hills._______________________________________________
