*Wednesday, July 10 Meeting To Focus on Future Projects, Development*

*Riverdale Park, MD, July 8, 2019 – *Calvin Cafritz Enterprises broke
ground on June 19 for Building 5 on the final leg of the 38-acre project’s
first of two phases. The building will wrap around the four-story parking
garage already constructed in the north central portion of Riverdale Park
Station. It will add 220 mostly one-bedroom, and junior one-bedroom
apartments. Junior one-bedrooms are slightly smaller one-bedroom apartments
without a window in the sleeping area, *The Biz*was told.

Details for completing the second half of the project are coming together
as town and county officials sign off on the latest drafts of what has
become an economic engine in North Central Prince George’s County. But
there is even more to be excited about as new projects are hatched along
Kenilworth Avenue where construction of the long-planned Purple Line is
moving at a breakneck pace.

Join the Riverdale Park Business Association on Wednesday, July 10 at 6 pm
as members discuss the current business climate and weigh in on future
projects that will move Riverdale Park and the greater business community
into high gear.

RPBA will also discuss proposals for several exciting business-building
outdoor events that will showcase area restaurants, music and
entertainment. If you operate an eatery, bar, performance theater, or book
musicians and entertainers, you need to be at this meeting.

The 90-minute meeting with area business leaders will be held at the
Riverdale Park Town Hall, 5008 Queensbury Road, Riverdale Park, MD 20737.
