[RP TownTalk] Tree stumps and unfinished business

I've been registering my concerns about issues like this on the town's
website on the Report a Concern page:
http://www.riverdaleparkmd.gov/citizen_request_center/index.php (there's
even the option to upload a file, like the picture you posted).

I've found the response to my posts on that page speedy, and the nice thing
about posting there is that it gets routed really quickly to the right
person.

And I agree - that mess is an eyesore. I'm always upset when a tree gets
cut down, and seeing the tree stumps just left there like that just adds
insult to injury.
