[RP TownTalk] Tree stumps and unfinished business

I think they leave the wood for the neighbors who have fire places - wood is expensive to buy.  I noticed people do take some of the wood and appreciate it.  So maybe there should be a time limit on how long the wood should be there for the taking.  Or maybe put on Town Talk the addresses where trees are cut down so people can go get what they can pick up and take home.  Emily

And I agree - that mess is an eyesore. I'm always upset when a tree gets cut down, and seeing the tree stumps just left there like that just adds insult to injury.

It's nice that the city facilities cutting down dead or dangerous trees but this mess has been here for over a month. Not only is it an eyesore but it also kills the grass the old stumps are sitting on. That will require some resodding now as well.
