[RP TownTalk] RP TownTalk and TownAnnounce service lapses likely - service provider shutting down

I'm sure everyone's experience is different, but for me, "social media" is
no substitute for the kind of information we get on neighborhood listservs
like TownTalk and the Hyattsville HOPE list. I think it would be a real
loss if TownTalk were to shut down altogether. That being said, it could
also be much more useful, interesting, and relevant if more people
subscribed and contributed. We have a lot of new residents in town, but I
don't know how many of them have subscribed, or are even aware of TownTalk.
