Council Member Sargusingh (Ward 3) would like everyone to know that
deer have been sighted in her ward, and one child has been diagnosed
with Lyme disease, probably from the tiny ticks carried by the deer.
For more information on Lyme disease consult the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention web site at
http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dvbid/lyme/

Council Member Donaldson (Ward 2) has heard that wild animals
(including squirrels, woodchucks, and rats) have been moving through
town. These animals have been displaced from the M Square
development site on River Road. The Public Works department has
limited resources to help residents trap and take away these animals;
you can contact Public Works at 301-864-1803.

To have an event or news bulletin included in future RP Town Announce mailings,
please send a short note describing it to listmaster at
ci.riverdale-park.md.us.
