[RP TownTalk] Town Crier Budget

The Crier is well within budget. 
The Crier has spent only $8,600 of its $21,000 budget.

To stay within budget, the Crier can average 12 pages per issue
(not counting the Farmer's Market ad which is a separate line item.)

Since May (when I took over as Editor), 
the average is just 11.1 pages per issue. 

Since the start of this fiscal year, 
the average is exactly 12 pages per issue.

So you see, even if we ignore advertising revenue possibilities, 
the Crier is within budget. So I had no need or desire to go to the 
council for additional funds.
