[RP TownTalk] Patriot Group Presentation

Several people have asked me about the presentation on the Patriot
Group's proposed condominium development at tonight's Town Council
meeting and there seems to be some misconceptions. This is the first
time this proposal comes before the full council and there is no formal
action scheduled for this evening's meeting. We said in the Crier that
tonight's meeting is informational and informational it remains.

That being said, this is an important presentation and I want to
encourage you to come and listen, comment, be a part of the process.
