[RP TownTalk] FW: Parrot found in University Park

Sadly, the bird found in University Park is not the one lost from 
43rd St. in Hyattsville. 

(The owner took the signs down due to the rain, and will put 
them out again soon.)

The bird lives in Fla and is use to flying free and always returned 
to her owner in the past. The owner will be here another week, 
then back to Fla. Maybe she will find the bird waiting for her there!
