Family Yoga Fun - Parents, Babies, Toddlers, Kids, Teens

Sunday, April 2, 2006 at 5pm - 6pm

Teachers: Rebecca Gitter and Douglas R. Thompson

Fee $ 20 per family

Bring the whole family and  enjoy doing yoga together. This active 
workshop is a great way
to stretch, play, sing, bond and have fun with your family! Mixed age 
siblings are welcome.
An introduction to breath, focus, asana, and relaxation are discovered 
as we play with yoga
in creative ways. Varied activities based on ages and needs of workshop 
participants.
All to reinforce the yoga explored that day.
