[RP TownTalk] buildings in town center

hi there.  i seem to remember in one of these e-mails, someone mentioned that 2 or 3 of the buildings in town center were not owned by jemal and that the owners were looking to sell.  i searched the archives but couldn't find the post.  does anyone have any more info on this??  have they sold, what was the asking price etc??  thanks in advance.  drena (4908 nicholson st)
