Morning all -
 
I would so embrace a dog park!  If there is enough support for  this, two 
local communities, Greenbelt and College Park, have  one.  We wouldn't need to 
reinvent the wheel, we could contact their town  planner to see what is needed.  
 
While our dogs play; we could build community and  socialize.
