as a dog owner all my life, i think
homeowners should be allowed
their 6 ft fencing in back & side
yards. it is for safety sake - both
for the dog's protection from teasing
neighbor's kids & the teasing kids
from the dog. If a teased dog gets
loose - the dog will go after the kids
who have been teasing it. Also that
is why a front yard fence is necessary
for dog owners - double precaution to
contain the dog should the side gate
get left open.

when people have dogs - not all dogs
are friendly to ALL other dogs & people.
Nothing is worse than walking your dog
& having to be growled at& chased
down a fence that looks too small.

Another note: when people get wood
fencing - sometimes they get the
cheapest 3-4 ft fencing that rots quick
and looks like crap in a short time but
they do not repair or keep it up as they
dont have money to do so. so I think
something should be said for inexpensive
wood fencing across the front.....or even
around the back to contain a dog.

I am AGAINST NO FRONT YARD
FENCING: A FENCE KEEPS
PLAYING CHILDREN OUT OF MY
YARD, OUT OF MY FLOWERS, KEEPS
MY DOG IN & DOGS WHO HAVE
GOTTEN LOOSE OUT.
