I found a dead chicken in two plastic bags on the tracks just now - 6:25 pm on 21 September. It was black and quite small. It was a little bit stinky, but not too badly stinky as yet. I put it in the town's conviniently-located public trash can at the corner of Lafeyette. I have not called the police or public works. -A
