[RP TownTalk] Fence/Hedge

I think fencing should be 3 1/2-4 ft 
in the front yard and hedging should
be able to come to the top of the 
fence to cover it up if it looks better
that way.
 
Reason being: many dog owners
do not realize their dog can take 
a disliking to dogs/people passing
by - and maybe come over the 
fence.  Once a fence is put up by
one owner and he moves - the 
next guy may have a dog & is 
not going to take down a good
fence and put up a taller one.
 
For safety purposes, if a fence
is going up then it should 
contain a dog. 
 
I think back yard fencing due
to acrobatic aggressive dogs
that dont bite hahaha should
be 6 ft automatically.  That
way everybody can walk their
dog safely on the sidewalks w/o
feeling threatened.  Owners
never think their dog will bite.
 
Privacy backyard fencing, I
think we all are entitled to
privacy in our back yard from
others looking in.  Open 
fencing 6 ft or 5 ft - neighbor kids
can tease the dog or your
neighbor's dog can hype 
up yours for a barking team.
 
Fencing should not only
look good for our town but
should be a safety feature
for all the family dogs.
