I am sorry I am just seeing your reminder to attend the 9/27 economic
development meeting.  

Is it possible you could create a separate mailing list that goes directly
to the residents with your Town Hall meeting reminders and resident
information.  I find your reminders extremely helpful.  If I could receive
it directly, it would be received in a timely fashion, rather than the next
Town Talk which may be a day or two after the announced event.  The last
time I experienced this was when Mayor Archer asked for volunteers for a
project, but the project was over by the time the posting was in the
TownTalk.   I can imagine that in case of an emergency with impact to
residents---already having this list set up would also help the Town to
communicate information to residents ASAP in a crisis management situation.

Is that possible?  I appreciate that you have taken the initiative and time
to send reminders.  And I appreciate you and Alan for keeping vital
information before the residents on an ongoing basis.
