[RP TownTalk] emergency moderation is ON

Dear TownTalk members,

The recent discussion regarding issues in town, while certainly  
important, is heading dangerously towards a "flame war". I would like  
to remind everyone on the list of the guidelines for posting, which  
can be found in full at:

http://riverdale-park.org/mailman/listinfo/towntalk under "Promoting  
a Civilized Environment".

The most important part of these guidelines are: "We find a list  
works best when everyone treats everyone else with respect. ...   1.  
Posters may not attack other list members...."

To avoid further deterioration of the discussion, I have changed the  
list settings so that every person who posts will now be moderated.
