Hmmm...
 
I can't help but wonder who these "baddies" as you call them in the "bad"  
apt. are. 
What makes them so bad? 
Are they doing something illegal? Why are you suspicious of them  enough that 
you would want to, as you've said, "get rid of the baddies". 
And what, pray tell, is going on in the building that your landlord, Mr.  
Wright (no relation) should actually be told?
 
Stop teasing us. Please, tell us what's going on in the building by the  
"baddies".
