[RP TownTalk] Anonymous posting prohibited on list

After consultation with Mayor Archer, anonymous posting to Town of
Riverdale Park mailing lists is prohibited.  List members who did not
provide identifying information when subscribing have been placed in
"moderated" status.  You may still read the list anonymously; only
posting without identity is prohibited.  This is effective
immediately, and applies to postings currently being held for
moderation.
