I'm glad to hear that they are not yet finished with the crossing upgrades.
It is bumpy. 

I am puzzled about the 4 way stops.  If I see 2 bars down across a set of
tracks that I know to carry high speed trains - big ones at that,
self-preservation tells me to stop until those 2 bars are up.  Is doubling
the number of bars going to stop someone hell bent on out-running a train?
Can we legislate common sense?  Between the bars, the bells, the whistles
and the stopped traffic, I would think the "wait a minute" message would be
clear already.  Just my 2 cents. :-)
