[RP TownTalk] suspicious incident

I am very careful to call Riverdale's number when there are problems around 
me......Sometimes I get problems with lovebirds or drug deals in the big 
parking lot next to my house (by the old Citizens bank).  Lately people have 
been gathering there to show off car power (doing donuts and racing in the 
parking lot)....the police told me to report that too, because that could be 
gang activity.  If people see that there is active police presence around 
there (and everyone else's houses), they are less likely to commit crimes.
