[RP TownTalk] calling Code Enforcement about the door-to-door Honeywell guy

Yeah, good luck with calling Code Enforcement. Half the time, all I ever get is their stupid answering machine during standard business hours. If I do get a "live" person, they promise to follow up on my report, complaint, etc., but DON'T. Or I have to call back repeatedly to get any action. Don't get me started....
