[RP TownTalk] calling Code Enforcement about the door-to-door Honeywell guy

Please note all code enforcement numbers including a cell phone were  
listed in this month's town crier.  Also, if for some reason you can  
not reach code enforcement, call the police.  They are responsible  
for handling code enforcement when someone is not on duty.
